This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Township to qualified Proponents to submit bids for consulting services as they pertain to project management, site analysis, planning, preliminary/detailed design, approvals, public engagement, and contract documents for roadworks at three (3) separate locations within the Township. The Township intends to award one (1) Proponent all three projects. Each project, as described below, shall be separate contract packages which will be tendered separately. Further information regarding the scope of work is included in Section 2.0 - Terms of Reference.
