This Request for Tender is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Norwich to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the 2026 Granular ‘A’ Resurfacing of Township roads, as further described in Section 3.0 General Terms and Conditions of Installation and Construction and in Section 4.0 Tender Specifications and Deliverables.
