Description: 

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Township of Norwich to qualified Proponents to undertake a comprehensive review of the Building Services Department fee structure and fee amounts. The objective of this study is to develop a transparent, defensible, and sustainable fee structure that supports full cost recovery for administering and enforcing the Building Code Act and Ontario Building Code.  Further information regarding the scope of work is included in Section 2.0 - Terms of Reference.
