This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued by the Corporation of the Township of Norwich to invite qualified bidders to submit bids for the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and services required to complete interior painting at the Norwich Arena. The scope of work includes the preparation and painting of interior surfaces within the Norwich Arena, including but not limited to walls, doors, door frames, and all previously painted surfaces. Provisional items include the painting of the arena lobby and washrooms, which may be completed subject to available budget.
